The Protestant churches in Vietnam are experiencing rapid growth.  At present, there are over 800 new churches that do not have trained church leadership.  “Bible and Theological Institute” (BTI) has been established to train future pastors and church leaders, offering a five-year program that includes one year of internship at a Vietnamese church.  Friends of Vietnam Ministries currently assists 2 students attending BTI with scholarships so these young Vietnamese with hearts for God’s kingdom can attend this prestigious program

As our first scholarship recipient at BTI, Ms. Doan is now in her fourth year of study.
